Veramonte Chardonnay is produced from sustainably farmed Chardonnay from the Casablanca valley. Part of the wine is barrel fermented with wild yeasts in neutral oak and 30% undergoes malolactic fermentation enhancing the softness and creaminess on the palate without losing the freshness. On the nose fresh and expressive aromas of pear, quince and lemon curd, interwoven with toasty oak notes.
